Some participants join Puxuku after years of inconsistent gym attendance. Others join after finishing a structured training block and finding it hard to maintain momentum once the plan ended. The course does not assume a particular fitness level. It focuses on mindset and structure, which apply whether a person walks daily or trains several times a week.
