Education Before Instruction
Every module explains the reasoning behind a strategy before asking participants to apply it, so decisions can be adapted rather than followed blindly.
About Puxuku
Puxuku was built around one observation: most people already know what a healthy routine looks like. What tends to break down is the mindset and structure needed to keep it going once motivation fades or life gets busy.
Our Starting Point
The course does not open with a workout plan. It opens with the thinking behind why routines succeed or fail over time. Only after that foundation is laid does the training move into practical habit-building strategies participants can apply to their own schedule.
This ordering is intentional. A routine copied from someone else rarely survives contact with a busy week. A routine built from understanding, on the other hand, can be adjusted rather than abandoned when circumstances change.
Our Approach
Every module explains the reasoning behind a strategy before asking participants to apply it, so decisions can be adapted rather than followed blindly.
Rest days, deload weeks, and mindset check-ins are placed on the calendar with the same weight as active training days.
Modules are self-paced and reusable, allowing participants to revisit material during weeks when consistency feels harder to maintain.
The course measures success in months and years of sustained routine, not in how a single week of effort looks.
Program Direction
Dana has spent over a decade working at the intersection of exercise habits and behavioral coaching, developing curricula that focus less on intensity and more on whether a routine can survive an ordinary Tuesday. Puxuku grew out of a recurring pattern she noticed: people rarely quit because they lack information about exercise or nutrition. They quit because their routine was never designed to flex around real life.
The course reflects that lesson directly, treating mindset and recovery as skills to be practiced rather than personality traits some people simply have.
Review the modules, format, and expectations before deciding if Puxuku fits where you are right now.
